Shipping Method
DreamGYM Inc. uses Canada post, UPS or FedEx services to deliver your purchases. Shipments of jungle gym accessories or hammocks are typically processed within 2-3 business days of payment, and shipments of indoor jungle gyms are typically processed within 3-6 weeks. Parcels can arrive within 4 to 21 days depending on your address. All purchases are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Shipping Charges
DreamGYM Inc. charges flat rate shipping fees for most items within Canada and US, excluding oversized items. Flat rate shipping is applicable regardless of number of items ordered and is calculated depending on total purchase price (where “CAD” is “Canadian Dollar”):

If you need your items delivered by express services, please contact us to request a shipping quote. Some items cannot be expressed due to our vendor constrains.
International Customers
International customers are welcome to order from DreamGYM Inc. Unfortunately we do not ship oversize items overseas. For shipping of accessories and hammocks please contact us before making a purchase, so we may quote shipping charges.
