All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a second email notification once your order has shipped.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup, your order will be ready within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email when it is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am–2:00 pm

Canada Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping within Canada:
- $19.50 CAD ($13.85 USD) on orders under $200 CAD ($150 USD)
- Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD ($150 USD)
United States Shipping, Important Notice About Tariffs
Due to recent tariff and customs changes, shipments sent from Canada to the United States are often subject to very high import duties and brokerage fees, sometimes exceeding the cost of the product itself.
To protect U.S. customers from these unexpected charges, shipping from Canada to the U.S. is currently paused.

International Shipping (Outside Canada and the U.S.)
